Remove the brake proportioning rod.

The brake proportioning rod is on the back side axle, held in place with two bolts (yellow arrows).

Remove it and then reinstall it with the Fabtech relocating bracket and the supplied 5/16" x 1.25" bolts, nuts, and washers.
